Matterhorn Volcano
An incredible sunset. A few minutes before, the light was absent and clouds were gray. In a few moments the situation has reversed, and this is the show I attended. The photo is a single exposure with restrained but very challenging post-production to highlight the colors of the sky and the shades of the clouds without making the image too weighty. For a few seconds the clouds cleared the moon and then I was able to include it in the composition.
